- New Album (self title) recording Commences end of November and will be released March/April 2011 (this will feature the work of Rev Kriss Hades and Damon Bloodstorm as Guest musicians)

The New Urgrund release will not be a split effort. However, a 7' on German Label, Iron Bonehead Records. This being scheduled for an early 2009 release...This work will be entitled 'Heirs To The Godless Dawn'

There are plans to take the hammer overseas to the USA May 2009 depending on promoters and funding...

Brief updates. The album has been delayed, but it will be released later this year. Necrocore has replaced Barathrum on bass.

The Return of Urgrund.

Urgrund are back with their first gig in some time... This ritual of black death intensity will take place at The Central Club Hotel in Richmond/Melbourne on the 3rd of Nov. Other acts include Dissymmetry, Order Of Orias and Archaic Ruins.

Many updates. RMF Scavenger recently did an interview for US magazine Metal Maniacs...Urgrund will be featured in their September or October issue...

Orginal member Necrovore is now again a permanent part of the Ur force. Returning to Handle Bass Rumbles and Backing Vocals...

Urgrund plan to record a film clip for one of the new tracks from the soon to be released war crime 'Disciples Of Supremacy'. The dark torn imagery will be edited in Spain and may be relaesed as a promo tool

The new album entitled "Disciples Of Supremacy" is to be mastered in the USA by Deathgasm Records...and released late August 2007 by Baphomet/Red Stream... This will be the last release on the (Baphomet) label due to the end of the contract...

As AD Barathrum is going to Europe for some time, J.Necrovore returns to the ranks as bass player for upcoming live shows...He was featured in the previous line ups when the band was formed...
